We all need a big brother from time to time.

But Sunday needs his big brother Blue more than most.

Sunday suffers from extreme malnutrition caused by the drought in Kenya. He finds it hard to walk, and to breathe.

School, where he can get an all important nourishing meal, is out of the question.

Blue is more than a big brother to Sunday. He is like a dad.

He collects wild berries for him to eat, carries him and brings him to one of World Vision’s 30 mobile clinics in the area.

Here, Sunday is on our life saving 8 week intensive programme. It offers protein rich food, supplements and medical monitoring.

With this programme, Sunday will soon be able to return to school. 

Once there, he will not only get access to a meal, but to all the benefits of education.

And Blue, can just be a big brother once again.
